Garlic Rice

How nice! This is an amazing recipe with the nice flavor of garlic. There is a great combination of garlic and green chilies.

Ingredients of Garlic Rice Recipe:

Boiled rice: 2 cup

Crashed garlic: 2 tsp

Green chilies: 2

Cashew nuts : 2 tbsp

Almonds : 1 tbsp

Coriander: 1 tsp

Ghee : 2 tbsp

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Method of Garlic Rice Recipe:

Take a frying pan and heat ghee in it.
Now add garlic and green chilies to it.
Once garlic turns golden in color, add the dry fruits and roast for half a minute.
Now add the boiled rice, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well.
Garnish the Garlic Rice with fresh coriander and serve.
