Ginger Duck

Ingredients of Ginger Duck:

Ginger Duck Recipe
Duck: 1kg
Carrot: 1
Onion: 1
Green onion: 1
Oil: 2tbsp
Soya sauce: 1tbsp
Soya sauce: 1tbsp
Water: 2tbsp
Ginger: 1 tsp
Sugar, Salt: 1tsp
Black pepper: 2 tsp

Cooking Method of ginger Duck:

Fry onion into 2 tbsp oil in golden color add meat pieces and fry for 5 minutes and extract meat from oil and put on to plate.
Now again heat up oil add green onion, carrot and fry for 3 minutes.
Now add thin slices of garlic, salt, sugar black pepper and soya sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

Serving:

7 to 8 people.
