Gola Kabab

Ingredients of Gola Kabab:

Gola Kabab Recipe
Mince: 1/2kg
Chickpeas: 2tbsp
Coconut desiccated: 2tbsp
Black cumin: 1/2tbsp
Brown onion: 2tbsp
Onion paste: 1tbsp
Salt as required
Chili powder: 1tsp
Ginger: 1tsp
Garlic: 1tsp
Mix spices: 1tsp
Pappya: 1tsp
Coriander powder: 1/2tsp
Oil: 1/2 cup

Cooking Method of Gola Kabab:

First of all we grind together chickpeas, coconut and black cumin in grinder.
Now add mince which is finely beaten with brown onion, onion paste, salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, mix spices, papaya, coriander powder choperized well till done.
Prepare equal size of kababs, give gola shape.
Heat up oil in a pan keep putting the kababs in pan cover and cook on a low flame for 15 to 20 minutes till done.
Garnish with onion springs or mint leaves.

Serving:

7 to 8 people.
