Green Masala Chicken

One thing is very remarkable when we listen the word spicy in any food we feel happy and think to try. Yes!!! Here is the recipe of green masala chicken or spicy green chicken it is very easy to cook and we serve it with chapatti or rice.

Ingredients of Green Masala Chicken:

Green Masala Chicken Recipe
Yogurt : 1/2 cup
Chicken boneless : 1 kg pieces
Coriander leaves: 1 cup
Green chilies : 10 – 12
Tomato: 2 small
Onion : 2 small
Ginger : (chopped) 1 tsp
Garlic : (chopped) 2 tsp
All spice powder: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Cooking Method of Green Masala Chicken:

Put all the ingredients into the blender except chicken yogurt and lemon..
Let the ground paste be thick but not too much.
Squeeze the lemon on the chicken pieces.
Mix the ground paste in chicken.
Add salt as per taste.
Refrigerate chicken for about 5 – 6 hours to marinate.
Now deep fry the chicken in oil.
In a deep pan add the remaining marinade, a little water and yogurt, cook it for 3 minutes.
When it becomes fried add all the chicken to the gravy, mix and serve hot with green salad and chapatti.

Serving:

4-6 People.
