Butter : 250 g
Sugar: 200 g
Eggs: 4
Flour: 360 g
Vanilla pod : 1
Liquid cream: 100 ml
Yeast: 1 packet
Preparation of Green Tea Cake:
Grease a cake pan and place in the fridge. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil with the vanilla pod, split in two. Remove the pan from the heat.
Retrieve the tea bags open and mix it finely in a chopper electric.
Melt the butter and mix with sugar, whisking length. Then while beating, add eggs one at a time.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and tea leaves chopped then add everything with the melted butter and sugar to obtain a smooth paste.
Remove the vanilla pod before adding the cream in the dough. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 45 minutes. Cool the cake before serving.
