Grilled Flank Steak

Flank steak is a flavorful recipe and its taste is very amazing. Flank steak is cooked at high heat on a grill if u don’t have grill u can use iron rod to cook it. You must enjoy when you eat it.

Ingredients for marinating Flank steak:

Grilled Flank Steak Recipe

Flank Steak: 2 pounds

Cloves garlic crushed: 2

Vinegar: 2 tbsp

Olive oil: 1/3 cup

Honey: ¼ cup

Black pepper: 1/2tbsp

Soy Sauce: 1/3 cup

Salt and Freshly ground pepper as required.

Cooking direction for Grilled Flank Steak:

Cut the surface of the steak with deep knife about an inch apart,. Mix all the marinade ingredients. Put all the steak in a plastic bag and marinate it . Coat the steak well with the marinade. Seal the bag and place in a bowl. Marinating time should be 2 hours or overnight into a freezer.
Take olive oil and grease the grill rack. Preheat your grill on high temperature. Grill should be too hot before cooking.
Now sprinkle salt and pepper on all the sides .these both ingredients will help from a savory crust on the steak. Now place steak on the grill and cover it. Steak should be grilled for 4-6 minutes on each side when half is grilled then turn it side for good marks.
Flank steak is best eaten medium rare; well done will make it too tough. When the steak has cooked then you can remove the grill and place it board wrap with aluminum foil and let rest it for 10 minutes. Now make thin slices.
Now flank steak is ready and u can serve it with salsa.

5- 6 people.
