Grilled Steak with Black Pepper Salsa

Grilled Steak with Black Pepper Salsa is a delicious food .this is really healthy and not so spicy but tasteful .it is grilled juicy meal in the form of steak. This material can be served with 5 to 6 persons

Ingredients for Marinating:

Grilled Steak Recipe
Soya sauce:2tbsp
Apple vinegar:2tbsp
Olive oil:2tbsp
Garlic cloves:4 minced
Black pepper and salt as required


Steak : 1 2-pound
Salt and Black pepper

Salsa ingredients

Black pepper:10 finally chopped
Green onion:6 thin sliced
Garlic cloves:3 crushed
Parsley:2 tbsp
Oregano :½ tbsp

Method of cooking for Grilled Steak with Black Pepper Salsa :

Start the marinating in a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. Place the steak in the batter and coat on all sides with the material. Place the steak in the bowl far some time on room temperature while you prepare the grill.20 minutes are enough for steak marinating.
Prepare the grill for direct high heat.
When the grill is ready and hot, remove the meat from the marinade and dry it all around with paper towels. Sprinkle all sides of the both salt and black pepper.
Put steak on the grill, on the hot direct heat side. Leave the cover off and watch carefully. As the meat browns, any fat will melt and drip on to the coals causing. These are okay, as long as they don’t get out of control. Keep moving around the grill away from the flames if they get too high. After one side of the meat is browned (about 5 minutes) use tongs to flip it on to the other side. When it is browned all around, move the tri-tip to the lower heat side of the grill. Cover the grill and close the vents enough so that you maintain about 300-325°F temperature in the grill. (If you are using a charcoal grill, you can place a meat thermometer through the vents to measure the heat.) If you are using a gas grill, turn off one of the burners and move the meat over that burner for indirect heating.
Cook the until a meat thermometer reads 130°F when inserted into the thickest part of the meat (15-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat). Remove the meat from the grill. Cover with aluminum foil and leave it for 10 minutes.
Now we start to prepare salsa by combining all of the salsa ingredients into a small bowl.
Cut the ¼ inch pieces and serve with salsa.
