Grilled Tuna Kebab

Grilled Tuna Kebab is very spicy and tasty recipe .it is like a snake meal we eat it easily because it is very low fat recipe. These kebabs are grilled not deep fry.

Ingredients of Grilled Tuna Kebab:

Grilled Tuna Kebabs Recipe
Tuna fish: 1 1 ½ steaks
Red bell pepper : 1
Green bell pepper: 1
Small onion: 1
Mushrooms: 10
Lemon : 2 wedges

Marinating ingredients:

Olive oil : ½ cup
Salt : 1tbsp
Chopped onion: 2tbsp
Thyme : 1 tbsp
Black pepper: ½ tbsp
Garlic cloves: 2

Cooking method of Grilled Tuna Kebab:

First of all we cut the fish in equal sizes this will helpful when we put it on the grill. Now make the marinating, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor.
Add olive oil while blending; continue to blending until smooth, for 3 minutes. After it coat the fish in the marinade. Place the fish into fridge an hour. When you skewering the fish and vegetables then your pieces should be equal’s in size whether it will be fish or vegetables. It is essential if your pieces are different in size some will be uncooked.
Prepare the grill for high, direct heat. Clean the grates and wipe them down with a cloth that has been dipped in vegetable oil. Lay the skewers on the grill.
Don’t move them until the fish pieces are well browned on one side, about 3-6 minutes. Then using tongs carefully turn the skewers over and cook them. Now we drizzle lemon juice on it.

Serving:

5-6 People.
