Ingredients of Hazelnut Brownie:
Cocoa : 64gm
Ghee : 30gm
Eggs : 2
Sugar: 50gm
Flour : 50gm
Hazelnuts: 40gm
Preparation Method of Hazelnut Brownie:
Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 °)
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a heated pan with a little water. Then add the butter and stir over low heat until the mixture is homogeneous. Let cool for a few moments. Chop the hazelnuts.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar and flour gradually. Then add the chocolate chips and nuts.
Place parchment paper in a baking pan and pour in the batter.
Bake for 20 min.
