Hyderabadi Chicken

Hyderabadi Chicken has a great taste. It shows its own specialty with its name Hyderabad is a famous for its traditional taste.

Ingredients of Hyderabadi Chicken:

Hyderabadi Chicken Recipe
Chicken: ½ kg
Tomato: 1 – 2 (chopped)
Curry leaves: 8 – 10
Cream : ½ cup
Tamarind paste: ½ cup
Green coriander: ½ bunch (chopped)
Whole cumin : 1 tsp
Red chili: 1 tbsp (crushed)
Mustard seed : ½ tsp
All spice powder: ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Cooking Directions of Hyderabadi Chicken:

Take a mixing bowl, add chicken, salt and ginger garlic paste, leave to marinate.
Heat oil in a pan and cook tomatoes.
Then add cumin, mustard seeds, crushed red chili, all spice powder, salt and tamarind paste, sauté.
After it add curry leaves and chicken.
Now Cook till chicken is tender.
Garnish with green coriander and serve.

2-4 People.
