Indian Fried Rice

This is a traditional Indian Fried Rice recipe. Everyone is fond of this recipe. It makes from different spice and easy pattern.

Ingredients of Indian Fried Rice:

Rice: 400 gm

Ghee : 100 gm

Onion : 65 gm

Cinnamon: 2 gm

Bay leaf: 2 g

Black pepper: 1 gm

Salt: 6 gm

Preparation Method of Indian Fried Rice:

First of all we take start with heat the ghee in a large saucepan and add the finely sliced onion.
Fry until golden brown, remove from the pan and keep aside.
Now add the washed and drained rice and the spices.
Leave and fry for 4-5 minutes till the rice appears glazed. Add salt and boiling water an inch above the rice.
Boil and leave till the water is almost absorbed and then put into a very slow oven at 250 degree and leave for 20-25 minutes till the rice is cooked.
Serve garnished with fried onions. Now you can serve with egg sliced.

Serving:

3-4 people.
