Kandhari Gosht

Kandhari Gosht is very delicious and tasty recipe of beef and mutton. It can also be served with boil rice.

Ingredients of Kandhari Gosht

Mutton: ½ kg
Onion: 3
Cinnamon: 1 pieceKandhari Gosht Recipe
Yogurt: ½ cup
Clove: 4
Cinnamon: 1 piece
Green chili: 4 (chopped)
Red chili: ½ tbsp
Ginger garlic: 1 tbsp
Pomegranate Juice: 2 – 3
Coriander: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 6
Black cardamom: 3
Cinnamon: 1 piece
Nutmeg mace: ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup, salt to taste and 20 almonds for garnishing.

Cooking Directions for Kandhari Meat

Dip the meat in pomegranate juice for 2-3 hours.
Fry the onion and all spices in preheated oil till they got brown.
Take out the meat from juice and put it in the brown onion pot.
When meat water dries the put all other things ginger garlic paste, coriander, mace, chilli and salt.
Add some water and tender the meat. After this add the beated yogurt in it.
Then add the green chilli and roasted it on simmer for five 10 minutes.
Garnish it with almonds and very delicious Kandhari Meat is ready.
You may serve it with Naan and rice.
