Kunna Gosht

Kunna Gosht is a very famous dish of Chinnot Pakistan. It tastes like nihari and it is so smooth that it can be cut with spoon. Generally it is served with traditional khamiri roti and Naan.

Ingredients of Kunna Gosht:

Mutton : 1 kg
Sliced Onion : 1
Wheat flour : ½ cup
Oil : 1 cup
Chilli powder: 3 tsp
Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
Coriander powder : 2 tsp
Salt : 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Crushed Black cumin: 1 tsp
Water: ½ cup
 

Cooking Directions of Kunna Gosht:

Take a medium sized handi and put mutton, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, sliced onion, ghee, chilli powder, ginger garlic and half cup of water and cover it for 30-45 minutes.
Fry it and add 3 cups water which will be helpful for the tenderness of mutton.
When meat tenders then add flour paste and stir it well then add crushed black cumin.
Cook for 20 minutes at low flame until oil comes over the mutton.
Very tasty Kunna Gosht is ready serve it with hot Naan or khamiri roti.
