Lemon Cake

Ingredients for Lemon Cake:

Lemon Cake Recipe
Flour: 200 g

Yeast: 1 packet

Caster sugar: 175g

Salted butter: 80 g

Eggs: 3

Milk: 10 cl

Lemon: 1

Preparation of Lemon Cake:

Preheat your oven at 180 ° C.
Scrub the lemon then wipe dry. Grate the zest in a bowl and squeeze the juice aside.
Beat butter with sugar until cream. Add eggs and mix.
Add milk, lemon juice and zest then add the sifted flour and baking powder.
