Lemon Rice

Ingredients of Lemon Rice:

Boiled Rice: 2cups
Lemon Rice: 1/3rd cup
Oil: 6Tbsp
Black Mustard seeds: 1/2tsp
curry leaves: a few
Green chilies: 3-4
Salt: to taste
Turmeric powder: 1tsp
Cup peanuts: 1/4th

Preparation Method of Lemon Rice:

First of all we heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and fry.
Add turmeric powder and peanuts, fry until its color brown.
Now add green chilies, curry leaves, salt and fry for 2 minutes.
Now the turn off the flame and add lemon juice and mix well.
Now add this to the boiled rice and mix well. Lemon rice is ready to be served.
You can serve them with any raitas.
