Maharaja Gosht

Maharaja Gosht is a very taste and wonderful dish which is generally cooked and served at Eid days when guests come. It is very simple dish and with a very small struggle you can make a very delicious Maharaja Gosht.

Ingredients of Maharaja Gosht:

Maharaja Meat Recipe
Beef fillets : 1 kg
Oil : 4 tbsp
Lemon : 2 – 3
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tbsp
All spice powder: ½ tsp
Nutmeg and mace powder: 1 tbsp
Red chili powder: 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Black pepper : 1tsp
Sesame seeds : 4 tbsp
Salt as required

Cooking Directions of Maharaja Gosht:

Take a beef mallet and flatten the beef.
Mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder, nutmeg and mace powder, and salt also marinate the beef for 3 hours.
Take a pan and heat oil then fry the beef until water dries and color become brown.
Take another pan and fry sesame seeds and add them to the skillet along the black pepper.
Fry all for 3-4 minutes and dish out it.
Very spicy and tasty Fry Maharaja Meat is ready. Garnish it with lemon slices and Serve it with Naan or rice.
