Ingredients of Mango Chicken:
Chicken breasts: 6-8
Salt, Pepper and Olive oil
For the sauce:
Mango : 3
Oranges (juice): 2
Minced cilantro
Finely chopped onion
Powdered seasoning: 1 tablespoon
Butter to taste
Preparation method of Mango Chicken:
Take chicken and fry in olive oil lightly browned.
Fry onion in butter, add the cilantro, mango smoothie with orange juice and seasoning.
It puts the chicken and allowed to simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
