Mediterranean Rice Salad Recipe
Basmati rice: 300g

Feta cheese: 150g

Zucchini: 1 large

Black olives: 80 g

Virgin olive oil and white pepper to taste.

Preparation method of Mediterranean Rice Salad:

First thing we boil the rice in salted water, to taste, once cooked drain it well and pass it under running cold water to stop the cooking is leaving to drain the excess water and mixing it cool again to time so that the grains do not stick .Waiting for rice to cool, stick with seasoning preparation. Clean and cut to julienne (julienne or cut julienne) zucchini dicing and feta cheese.
Put rice in a bowl and add the chopped zucchini, cheese and olives. Dress with extra virgin olive oil, salt, dill and pepper to taste. Mix well and put in the fridge. Serve chilled.
