Mughlai Pasanday

Mughlai Pasanday is a very delicious dish which is marinated in yogurt and almonds give it pure mughlai touch. It has wonderful gravy and may be served with Naan and chapatti.

Ingredients of Mughlai Pasanday:

Mughlai Pasanday Recipe
Beef fillet : 1 kg
Yogurt : 250 gm
Oil : 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion : 2 large
Coriander: 20 gm
Ground red chilli : 15 gm
Hot Spices : 1 tbsp
Almonds & sesame: 1/2 cup (paste)
Coriander, mint & green chilies (Green Masala) 1/2 cup (blend)
Garlic and ginger paste : 3 tbsp
Ghee : 4 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Cooking Directions of Mughlai Pasanday:

Prepare green masala and mix salt, sesame and almonds in it. Mix it and put the meat in it. Marinate beef for 2 hours.
Take a medium sized pan and heat oil. Fry the onion and red chilli until it gets brown.
Put the marinated beef mix well and cover with led for 10-15 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste, yogurt and hot spices in it and mix well.
Cover with led and cook at low heat until beef tenders.
Dish out the beef and garnish with coriander leaves.
A very delicious Mughlai pasanday are ready, serve it with hot Naan or white rice.
