Namkeen Gosht

Namkeen Gosht is a dish which is prepared in light chilli only black pepper in little quantity. Generally it is served in lunch with salad and chapatti.

Ingredients for Namkeen Gosht:

Namkeen Gosht Recipe

Beef or mutton meat: 1 kg
Onion: 2

Oil : 4 tbsp

Crushed black pepper : 1 tsp

Garlic & Ginger : 2 tsp

Coriander seed: 1 tsp

Cumin seeds: 1 tsp (crushed)

Turmeric powder: ½ tsp

Salt and water as required.

Cooking Directions for Namkeen Gosht:

Pure oil in pan and wait, when it gets warm add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger in it.
When they got brown then add meat in it and add all the spices cumin seeds crushed, turmeric powder, crushed black pepper, roasted coriander seed crushed and stir the meat.
Add the water until all ingredients will dip in it and cook it on medium flame.
When the meat gets tender then garnish it with fresh Coriander and server with hot chapatti.
