Noodles Soup

There a lot of varieties of noodles soup and it is a real popular thing in east and south East Asia. It has normally thin stock with noodles. This recipe is about most popular chicken noodles soup. It is a really good for winter season.

Ingredients of Noodles Soup:

Noodle Soup Recipe

Chicken stock : 6 cups
Noodles: 200 mg
Cabbage finely cut: ΒΌ
Carrot finely cut: 1
Fresh chopped coriander: 2 tbsp
Chopped spring onions: 1 stalk
Grated ginger: 1
Mushrooms : 4
Capsicum finely cut : 1
Soy sauce : 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tbsp
Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
Salt: According to taste

Cooking Directions of Noodles Soup:

Take boiling water and soak the mushrooms in it.
Strain and cut the mushrooms finely.
Put noodles in boiling water with a little bit of salt and oil.
Take a pot and put stock, brown sugar and 2 tbsp of mushroom water. Add seasoning to it.
Cook it for few minutes and then add carrots, cabbage, ginger and capsicum.Also add the prepared noodles in the pat.
Now cook for only few minutes because most of the things are cooked well, so there could be a situation of over cooking.
Garnish with spring onions and coriander. Noodles soup is now ready for serving.
