Pahari karahi

Pahari karahi is a very famous dish. It is very easy to cook this. We have to just prepare the masala and add the mutton in it and it is ready to serve.

Ingredients of Pahari karahi:

Pahari Karahi Recipe
Mutton: ½ kg

Butter : ½ cup

Tomatoes: 4 (chopped)

Green chilies : 6 to 8

Ginger & Garlic: 2 tbsp (sliced)

Black pepper: 1 tsp (crushed)

Red chili flakes : 1 tbsp

Cumin, Coriander, spices all 1,1 tbsp

Oil and salt as per requirement and fresh coriander for garnish.

Cooking Directions of Pahari karahi:

In the pan heat the oil and then fry the mutton until its color changes to brown.
Then add the pieces of tomatoes ,green chilli and let the mutton tender.
Remove the oil from mutton and add all other ingredients roasted and crushed cumin, roasted and crushed coriander, , red chili flakes, hot spices, sliced ginger, chopped garlic, crushed black pepper.
Add water in mutton and cook it on low flame.
When meat is completely tender then adds the butter, green chilli and fresh coriander in it. Now delicious Pahari Karahi is ready to serve.

Serving:

2-3 People.
