Ingredients of Pamphlet Fry Fish:

Pamphlet Fry Fish Recipe
Pamphlet Fish: 1/2kg

Ghee: as required

Vinegar: 1/2cup

Egg: 2

Salt, red chili: as required

Ginger: 1tsp

Cooking Method of Pamphlet Fry Fish:

Make equal slices of the fish and dip into vinegar. Add ginger and garlic into it.
Add salt and red chili and leave for 20 minutes.
Beat eggs and dip fish into it.
Heat up oil and fry fish until will brown and serve.

Serving:

4 to 5.
