Ingredients of Pear Upside down Pudding:
Golden syrup: 3tbsp
Oil: as required
Caster sugar: as required
Pear: 425gm
Sandwich: as required
Preparation Method of Pear Upside down Pudding:
Grease an 18cm cook dish with oil and sprinkle the base and sides lightly with the sugar.
Spread the golden syrup over the bottom.
Make an attractive pattern over the base with pears and the glace cherries.
Victoria sandwich mixture into the prepared dish. Smooth the top.
Microwave on full power for 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 7 minutes in the dish before carefully tuning out.
Serve warm with custard or cream.
