Pineapple Custard

Ingredients of Pineapple Custard:

Pineapple slices each 14 oz: 2 cans
Pineapple Custard Recipe
Eggs: 3

Cornstarch: 1/4 cup

Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons

Sugar: 5 tbsp

Chocolate chips

Preparation of Pineapple Custard:

4 Drain the pineapple slices and set listed.
Mix the remaining 2 boxes. In a pot, bring to boil this mixture mix.
Beat eggs with sugar and brown sugar and cornstarch.
Pour pineapple that has been boiled in the egg mixture. Back into the pot over low heat and let thicken, stirring constant stir to remove from heat. Cool to room temperature.
Pour into bowls or glasses, add 1 slice of pineapple on each and add chocolate chips.
The center of the slice of pineapple I add a cherry tail to put more punch.
Very delicious pineapple custard is ready refrigerate and serve cold.
