Pumpkin Soup

Pumpkin soup is made in many different ways but this recipe wills really your taste buds addicted and you will ask for it again and again. Sweat flavor of this soup is very appealing especially to kids.

Ingredients of Pumpkin Soup:

Pumpkin Soup Recipe
Butter: 2 tbsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
Finely chopped medium onion : 1
Chopped pumpkin : 3 cup
Potatoes cube : 1 ½ cup
Stock : 1 ½ cup
Nutmeg : A pinch
Milk : 1 ½ cup
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Chopped tarragon : 1 tbsp
Cream : 1 to 2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions of Pumpkin Soup:

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Now cook garlic in the oil for about a minute.
Add the chopped onions and cook until it’s transparent and then add butter, keep stirring to mix it properly.
Add vegetables and let it cook with the lid on. Stir it occasionally to make sure it does not stick with the pan.
Now poor stock, tarragon, nutmeg, salt and pepper and let it come to boil.
Cook it for some more minutes till the vegetables are cooked properly.
Leave it to cool down. Once it is cool blend it nicely in a blender.
Now put it in cooking pot again and add milk to it. Add lemon juice while on slow heat
After 4 to 5 minutes pumpkin soup is ready to serve with garnishing of a little cream.

Serving:

1 to 2 People.
