Qandhari Mutton

This is very healthy dish as pomegranate juice is the ingredient of this tasty one. In Qandhari Mutton a big quantity of onion is used.

Ingredients of Qandhari Mutton:

Qandhari Mutton Recipe
Mutton : 1/2 kg
Clarified butter: 1/2 cup
Onion : 3-4
Ginger & Garlic paste : 2 tbsp
Pomegranate juice: 3 mugs
Yogurt1 bowl : 1 tsp
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
All whole spices: 1 tsp
Milk1 : 1 cup
Cumin: 1 tsp
Salt as per taste and coriander for garnish purpose.

Cooking Directions of Qandhari Mutton:

Put the mutton in a bowl and mix the pomegranate juice and let it marinate for 5 hours.Pre heat the cooking pan adds clarified butter and put all spices and cumin seed.
Fry the onion and get it brown then add ginger and garlic paste in it and let it brown also.
Add chilli and coriander powder in mutton and then fry it.When meat color turn dark the add all other spices and yogurt in it. Also add the saffron milk mix and cover the led.
When mutton get tenderized well then garnish it with mint leaves and serve with Naan.
