Whipping Cream: 1 Jar

Eggs: 3

Caster Sugar : 150 g

Preparation of Red Fruit Gratin:

First of all preheat oven to 180 °.
Beat 3 eggs with a fork in a bowl add the sugar, the cream and berries (thawed first) and stir everything.
