Resha Kebab

Resha Kebab is a very spicy and delicious beef recipe. Generally it is enjoyed with the sandwich. It can be also enjoyed in the wrapped pratha with fresh salad.

Ingredients of Resha Kebab:

Resha Kebab Recipe
Boneless: Beef ½ kg
Oil : ¼ cup
Onion (sliced) : 1
Onion : 2 tbsp (fried)
Green chili : 4 (chopped)
Water: 2 cup
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Yogurt : ½ cup
Coriander leaves : 2 tbsp (chopped)
Red chili powder : 1 tsp or to taste
All spice: 1 tsp
Turmeric : 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice and Salt to taste.

Cooking Directions of Resha Kebab:

Take a medium sized pan and cook beef in it with two cups of water, yogurt, all spice, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, sliced onion and salt.
Cook it on very low flame until meat tender and all water dries.
In another pan heat oil and shredded beef in it. Also add coriander leaves, fried onion, lemon juice and chopped green chili. Place a inflamed coal over it.
Drizzle a little oil over the coal and cover tightly. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Delicious Resha Kebab is ready served it with hot puri.
