Yoghurt with Rhubarb

Ingredients of Yoghurt with Rhubarb:

Rhubarb Yoghurt Recipe
Rhubarb: 2 stalks

Sugar: 7 tablespoons

Whole milk: 1 liter

lactic ferments: 1 bag

Preparing of Rhubarb Yoghurt:

Prepare the rhubarb compote. Peel the rhubarb, cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan over low heat with 1 tablespoon of water.
Cover and cook for 8 minutes, until the rhubarb is tender and easily crushed. Add the sugar and 1/2 liter of milk.
Mix the preparation blender for a few seconds in order to keep a few pieces of fruit.
Add the remaining milk, bag of lactic ferments and add, if necessary, a little sugar.
Pour into jars and place in yogurt for 10 hours. Place them, then refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Very tasty Yoghurt with rhubarb is ready serve cold.
