Rice Pudding with Vanilla

Rice Pudding Recipe

Whole milk: 1 liter
Round rice: 150 g
Caster sugar: 100 g
Clove (s) vanilla: 1 pc
Yellow egg : 2 pc
White chocolate: 150 g

Preparing method of Rice Pudding:

Rinse the rice under running cold water to remove some starch.
In a casserole or heavy saucepan, bring the milk to a boil with half the sugar and the vanilla bean, split and scraped.
