Rice Pudding Tart

Ingredients of Rice Pudding Tart:

Rice Pudding Tart Recipe
Butter: 50 g
Whole milk: 1 liter
Crackers: 10 g
Curdled: 40 g
Lemon peels: 2
Cinnamon stick: 2
Cinnamon: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 250 g
Rice: 250 g

Preparation method of Rice Pudding Tart:

In a saucepan, bring to heat 1 liter whole milk with 2 cinnamon stick and lemon peel 2. When it comes to a boil add 250 grams Rice. When Rice is tender, add 250 grams sugar.
Take two lemon peels and 2 cinnamon sticks and a blender grind the rice without clumping. Add more milk if too thick stay.
Curds dissolve 40 grams (two envelopes), in 500 ml whole milk and we put the rice into the fire, stirring constantly, when it comes to a boil, add the milk curd. When it comes to a boil, remove from heat.
In a spring form pan, make a station with 10 graham crackers, 50 grams butter and pour the contents of the above mixture. Let cool for at least 3 hours.

Serving:

3-4 People.
