Rice Pudding with Yogurt

Ingredients of Rice Pudding with Yogurt:

Rice pudding with yogurt Recipe
Milk 1/2 fat: 1liter

White sugar: 140 g

Vanilla pods: 3

Round grain rice : 240 g

Mascarpone: 140 g

Preparation of Rice Pudding with Yogurt:

In a saucepan, over low heat milk, sugar and vanilla incised lengthwise and scraped. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sugar is well absorbed and diffused vanilla aromas.
