Rossa Pizza

Rossa Pizza Recipe is a great fast food. Really amazing food

For the pizza dough:

Rossa Pizza Recipe
Flour: 250gm
Warm water : 160gm
Warm water: ½ cup

Olive oil: 1tsp
Dry yeast baker:1tsp

For the filling:

onions: 3
Red pepper: 1
sausages (uncooked): 1/2cup
tomato sauce: 1 cane
Grated cheese as required
Dried oregano as required
Black olives as required

Preparation Method Rossa Pizza:

For the pizza dough: Prepare the yeast: Dissolve dry yeast in warm water, add the flour, mix well with a fork to get a sticky dough (add a little water if necessary). Let stand in warm 15-30 minutes. We can prepare the ingredients for pizza in the meantime. The yeast is ready when inflated and bubbles appear on the surface. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, warm water and olive oil. Add the yeast; knead until a ball of dough. Let rise in warm 30 minutes to 1 hour.
