Salmon Teriyaki Skewers

Delicious and tasteful recipe of salmon fish .this fish is enrich with a good vitamins. Actual trick to cook this fish on a high heat in skewers but careful cooking required because fish can go from perfect to overcook in a minute.

Ingredients of Salmon Teriyaki Skewers:

Salmon Teriyaki Skewers Recipe
Soya sauce: ½ cup

White vinegar: ¼ cup

Garlic: 2tbsp

Brown sugar: ¼ cup

Green onion: ¼ cup

Vegetable oil: 2tbsp

Salmon : 1(cut into1 ½ inches)

Skewers: 8 soaked in water about 15 minutes.

Cooking Direction of Salmon Teriyaki Skewers:

Take a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the fresh ginger, minced green onions, chili pepper flakes, and vegetable oil. Place the cubes of salmon in the bowl, coat completely with the marinade and leave them 2 for hours.
Remove salmon from marinade. Place marinade in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, leave for 10 minutes.
Pineapple, salmon and onion pieces thread on skewers. If using a grill, prepare grill for high, direct heat. Oil the grill grates. Place skewers on grill.
