Ingredients of Shish Kebabs:
Raw minced lamb: 350gm
Onion: 1
Lemon Juice: 2tsp
Hot curry powder: 3tsp
Soured Cream: 1tbsp
Plain flour: 25gm
Parsley: 2tbsp
Salt: 1/2tsp
Tomato sauce: 1tbsp
Cooking Method of Shish kebabs:
Mix all the ingredients together.
From the mixture into the small balls.
Arrange the meatballs on a microwave roasting rack in a ring.
Microwave, uncovered, on power 7,or roast, for 8 minutes.
Serve hot yogurt sauce.
