Ingredients of Spicy Beef stew:

Beef Ribs loaded: 1kg
Onion: 1/2
Tomato: 1/2
Carrots sliced lengthwise: 3
Italian squash sliced lengthwise: 2
Sliced Corn: 1
Chayote: 1
Green beans: 15
Chickpeas: 1 can
Green cabbage : 1/2

Preparation method of Spicy Beef stew:

Boil the rib marrow in sufficient water (prior to washing meat is left in water for a while to bleed) with salt and onion over medium heat about 45 minutes, depending on the softness of the flesh.

Once the meat is cooked leave the center of them and save them for the end.

Season with the collection and add the corn, the beans and tomato wedge.

Allow to continue boiling for 15 minutes and add the remaining vegetables.

After 15 minutes add the cilantro and mint and salt grinding.

Serve with red rice and marrow.
