Strained Cappuccino

Ingredients of Strained Cappuccino:

Strained Cappuccino Recipe
Cottage Cheese : 100g

Dark chocolate : 80g

Liquid cream : 100 ml

Coffee extract : 1 teaspoon

Cocoa powder

Chocolate truffles: 4

Strained cappuccino preparation:

Allow to drain the Cottage Cheese few minutes before use. Grate the chocolate.
Boil the cream off the heat and add the grated chocolate coffee extract.
Let cool, then using a blender emulsify the chocolate sauce.
For dressing pour a little chocolate sauce in a glass or a large cup. In the center, place a strainer drained.
Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder.
Decorate each with a truffle strainer and serve immediately.
Very tasty Strained cappuccino is ready cool serve it.
