Strawberry Tart and Custard

Ingredients of Strawberry Tart and Custard:

Strawberry tart Recipe

Primrose Tar tine & Cooking:100 g
Flour:280 g
Egg whole :1
Yolks:2 egg
Sugar:180 g
Salt pinch :1
Skim milk: ½ liter
Vanilla pod : 1
Agar agar:1 tablespoon
Strawberries:750 g

Preparation of Strawberry Tart and Custard:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Gather 250g flour in fountain on the work plan and dig a well. Add the beaten whole egg, 80g of sugar, a pinch of salt and 100g of diced Primrose.
Mix well until a smooth paste. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and set aside then refrigerate for an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the custard: Mix milk and agar then do low heat, adding the vanilla. Bring the mixture to a boil for 30sec then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix 2 egg yolks, 100g sugar and 30g flour. Pour a little warm milk and mix the preparation. Proceed carefully to avoid lumps.
Pour this mixture into the saucepan and cook stirring constantly until thickened. Cool.
Wash strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them in half.
Pour the cold custard on the bottom of pastry and add strawberries.
Very delicious Strawberry tart and custard is ready enjoying cold.
