Ingredients of Sweet and Salty Fish Fillet:

Fish Fillet: 4

Flour: 1tbsp

Sugar: 3tbsp

Water: 1/2cup

Vinegar: 2tbsp

Ginger water: 1/4tsp

Egg: 1

Salt: 1tbsp

Cooking Method of sweet and Salty Fish Fillet:

Mix flour and water and cook on low flame and add sugar into it until will thick.
Leave it for cool down and spread egg on fish fillet and fry fish in hot oil until it will brown.
Now serve it hot with salads.

3 to 4 .
