Thai Chicken

Thai chicken recipe is very spicy and tasty. This recipe is enjoyable if u present it with lemon zest salads or boiled rice.

Ingredients of Thai Chicken:

Thai Chicken Recipe
Chicken breast : 2 cut into cubes
Red chili: 6-7 dried
Onion: 1
Water: 1 cup
Oil: as required
Ginger: 1
Curry leaves: 1
Brown sugar: ½ tsp
Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Salt as required
Lemon zest: ½ tsp
Coconut: 1 tbsp
Fresh red chilies: 2 (crushed)

Cooking Method of Thai Chicken:

First of all take a blender and blend together red chilies, onion and water.
Heat oil in wok and fry ginger garlic paste and curry leaves until golden in color.
Now add the chicken cubes and fry until golden brown in color.
Pour the onion paste, brown sugar, fish sauce, black pepper and salt.
Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Now open it and add in the lemon zest, coconut powder and crushed fresh red chilies.
Increase the flame and fry until the oil comes on top.

Serving:

4 to 5 people.
