Spicy Thai Meat

Spicy Thai Meat is very delicious dish with saucy taste and good texture. Some time it get mixed with Chinese Beef chilli but it is slightly different from that. It can be served with spicy Thai Fried rice and many more.

Ingredients of Spicy Thai Meat:

Spicy Thai Beef Recipe
Beef undercut : 1 kg
Oil : 1 tbsp
Spring onions : 4 stalks
Coconut milk : 2 cup + 3 tbsp
Fish sauce : 2 tsp
Jiggery powdered : 2 tbsp
Ginger and garlic : 2tsp
Green chilies : 2
Red chilies : 2
Chopped Green coriander : 2 tsp
Shrimp sauce : ½ tsp
Lemon juice : 2 tsp

Cooking Directions of Thai Meat:

Cut the beef into long thin strips and cook it into 3 cups of coconut milk and water.
Blend the all ingredients into water.
Take a medium sized pan and heat the oil. Put the all blended ingredients and fry the mixture at low heat.
Add 4 tsp coconut milk and cook the mixture for 15 minutes. Add the meat with stock and cook until water evaporates.
Add the sliced chilies in the beef also add spring cut onion and fish sauce.
Delicious Spicy Thai Meat is ready, dish out it and serve with Thai rice or others.

Serving:

4-5 people.
