Tuna Salad

Ingredients of Tuna Salad:

Tuna Salad Recipe
Fresh tuna fillet : 650 g
Green asparagus : 350 g
Lettuce seedlings: 125 g
Spring onions: 2
Green pepper: 1
Lemon: ½
Olive oil: 6 tablespoons
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparing of Tuna Salad:

Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for 7 minutes.
Drain and sprinkle with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Brush the tuna with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and pepper it.
Wash and seed the peppers. Grate zest some lemon and squeeze.
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with half the oil and remaining soy sauce.
Add asparagus, lettuce, peppers, sliced onions and lemon zest.
Sprinkle sesame tuna and cook in a pan with a tablespoon of oil for 5 minutes per side.
Very delicious Tuna Salad Seared is ready, Serve put on the salad.

Serving:

4-6 People.
