White Karahi

What a nice dish? White Karahi is a light spicy dish there is no use of chili and tomatoes for its white color it has cream and curd which basically is key ingredient in White Karahi. It is best for those who like to eat light meal.

Ingredients of White Karahi:

Chicken white Karhai Recipe
Chicken: ½ kg
Oil: 1 cup
Yogurt : 1 cup
Cream : ½ cup
Onion : 1
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Ginger : 1 inch
Green coriander: ½ bunch
Green chili: 4 to 5
Coriander crushed: 1 tbsp
White cumin crushed: 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed : 1 tsp
Salt as required

Cooking Direction of White Karahi:

First of all heat up cooking oil for fry.
Then add onion and garlic paste in it and cook it well.
After it add cumin, coriander, black pepper, yogurt, green chili and 1 ½ cup of water and cook it on high flame.
Now add green chili and cream and cook it till all water dry.
Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve it.

Serving:

3-4 People.
