Chicken White Korma

White Korma is a very old and traditional dish it is belonged to Shah Jahan the founder of Taj Mahal. Now-a -days this dish is liked by everyone and people are very fond of it.

Ingredients of Chicken White Korma:

White Korma Recipe

Chicken: 1 kg
Yogurt: ½ kg
Almond Paste: ½ cup
Cream: ½ cup
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder: 1 tbsp
Ginger, Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Cinnamon Sticks: 1 to 2
Black Cardamoms: 2 to 3
Green Cardamoms: 8
Cloves: 8
Onions paste: 1 cup
Oil or Ghee: 4 to 5 tbsp
Salt: to taste

Cooking Method of Chicken White Korma:

Take a pan and oil and start to heat, add whole Garam masala, and make it little crunchy and add chicken in it and cook for 5 minutes.
Add garlic ginger paste and onion paste and cook until oil separates from the gravy.
In a mixing bowl take yogurt, white pepper, salt, and Garam masala and beat it well.
Mix this mixture in chicken, and cook it on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes and then add cream and almond paste and cook for more 3 to 4 minutes.
Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
