Ingredients of Yellow Corn Salad:
Media Golden Apple
Strained lemon juice: 1
Diced cheese: 50g
Carrots into sticks: 2
Drained canned corn: 250g
Bean sprouts¨200g
Radishes : 5
Olive oil: 2
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method of Yellow Corn Salad:
Peel the apple and cut into cubes .Sprinkle with half the lemon juice and place in a bowl. Add cheese, carrots, corn, bean sprouts and radishes.
In a bowl mix the olive oil with the lemon juice. Align the salad and stir gently. Let stand in a cool about 30 minutes before serving.
Serving:
3-4 People.
