Yogurt Cake

Ingredients of Yogurt Cake:

Yogurt Cake Recipe
Lemon untreated : 1

Natural yogurt: 1

Eggs : 3

Sugar: 2 pots

Vanilla sugar: 1 packet

Flour : 3 pots

Baking powder: ½ teaspoon

Sunflower oil: 1 jar

Preparation of Yogurt Cake:

Brush the lemon in hot water, wipe it and grate the fine grid.
Pour the yogurt in a large bowl and keep the pot as a measure.
Break the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks, mix the egg yolks, yogurt and whisk in the sugar then add the flour and baking powder then add the oil and lemon zest last .
Beat the egg whites and fold them gently to mix.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan with nonstick oiled or buttered and drag it to the bottom of the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 to 45 minutes of cooking.
You can replace the lemon zest with 1 tsp. tablespoons dark rum or 1 tsp. Coffee and vanilla extract.
After 45 minutes delicious Yoghurt Cake will be ready.
