Chocolate Pie Pasta Recipe

Flour: 200 g
Butter: 100 g
Egg: 1
Sugar: 40 g
Salt: 1 pinch

For the filling:

Dark chocolate: 200 g
Whipping cream 20: cl
Milk: 8 cl
Egg: 1

Preparation method of Chocolate Pie & Homemade Pasta:

Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients and cook it for 15 min white with aluminum foil and dried vegetables, to prevent the dough from inflating.
Melt the chocolate with the cream and milk in the microwave.
Stir to dilute the chocolate and let cool slightly.
When the pastry is cooked, mix the beaten egg mixture to chocolate cream.
