Flour: 200 g
Powdered sugar: 50 g
Butter: 125 g
Egg: 1

Butter: 100 g
Powdered sugar: 200 g
Apples (Golden): 2 kg

Preparation method of Tarter Tatin:

Arrange the slices in butter in a cake pan 24 inches in diameter, and cover with sugar.
Peel the apples, cut them into 4 and have them seamlessly into the mold: a first layer (back side sugar apples) and a second layer nested within the first.

Form a ball and let rest 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 240 ° C (th.8).

After this time, remove the tart from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
